GOURMET INSIDER
The gourmet restaurant, “Le Corbeau d’Or” in the Mirabeau Hotel is considered a hot tip. The 16 Gault Millau points earned by the Chef, Alain Kuster and his team and the extremely positive criticism in that same guide bear witness to an excellent and creative style of cooking using market-fresh products.
Tip – Cancel your half-board menu in good time and reserve for a romantic evening in the gourmet restaurant, “Le Corbeau d’Or” (you will be credited with Sfr.35.- per person)
In Summer, the restaurant is open from mid-July to mid-September 2001; it is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
