Since 1995 Berggasthaus Trift is lead by Hugo and Fabienne Biner, who the original builder’s great granddaughter.
Our specialities are: home-made dried beef, ice-tea, Triftteller, Mettelhornteller and home-made roast potatoes (Rösti).
Our guests are daily visitors, hikers and mountaineers who enjoy each others company in the evenings, mountaineers who are en route in Zermatt or those who intend to climb the Mettelhorn or those on smaller or larger tours.
