Schwarzsee offers you a choice of traditional Swiss food, and a variety of Mediterranean food. The head chef Romeo, and sous chef Melanie both have worked many years in Majorca. They offer you modern food, cooked fresh every day.
Every day the chefs prepare a unique daily menu which is very popular with all our guests, and all the mountain workers.In the evening the Hotel guests are offered a delicious 3 course menu, which also changes daily. In our kitchen Isaura cooks all our bread, and pastries fresh, nothing is bought in, making us very proud of all our kitchen staff.
