Open to guests and non-guests outside the hotel, the Chi-Ba-Bou is The Ambassador’s fondue restaurant. Meat is served in a buffet for you to cook at your table in three fondue styles: Chinese, Bacchus or Bourguignonne, hence the name. A wide range of salads and side dishes are also available.
