| Zermatt is easily reached by train from Geneva-Cointrin
and Milano-Malpensa airports in approx. 3 hours, and from Zurich-Kloten airport in approx. 4 hours, Sion (Sitten), 70km from Zermatt, is reached by plane from different European cities. Zermatt has an heliport, which is operated by Air Zermatt. Motorists can drive as far as Täsch, from where
trains and minibus taxis operate a shuttle service the remaining 5 km (3 miles) to Zermatt. Parking facilities are available in Täsch. For arrivals after 8 p.m., please inform the hotel. |
